23 Lands seems low to me. Most have 24-25. especially with Dragonlord Dromoka your going to want 24 to get there. The kitties are mana sinks too so its harder to flood out. The dragonlord also seems to be more of a sideboard card against control. Maybe switch it with 1 Sorin, Solemn Visitor?
