To do list...Try two more Thoughtseize instead of Aspect of Hydra.Try one more Hero's Downfall instead Pharika, God of Affliction.Try 4x Master of the Feast instead of two Indulgent Tormentor, two Scuttling Doom Engine or one Nylea, God of the Hunt and one Scuttling Doom Engine....Also try taking out one swamp and three forest for four Temple of Malady even though you hate the temples.

i took the suggestions about the Scuttling Doom Engine and Pharika, God of Affliction but Indulgent Tormentor is staying and Temple of Malady is a little expensive considering the cost for the rest of the build is already out of hand

never mind Temple of Malady will definitely be a 2 of in this deck

what do you think i should take out for 1x Hornet Queen mainboard?

just made it into a dega midrange hope its still as good as before. ill get to the description as soon as i can but im quite busy so...

Thoughtseize and hero's downfall should be an immediate 4 of because those are going to help keep your opponent in check the whole game, and mess up their game plan. Nylea isn't that great of a card, because she is a mana sink for the ability and her passive is not needed if you have removal and huge creatures anyways. I would take her out and throw in another because he is great in today's meta. I would cut the mistcutters for more chord of calling it genesis hydra for that bug beat stick and an additional card that you want to dig for to help you win game. The reaper is better than it used to be, but it still isn't a huge threat, unlike stormbreath Dragon or a Sarkhan. You should cut it for an additional stormbreath or a Sarkhan if you can get your hands on one. Hornet queen and hornet nest should be a side board card, because they are a situational card and you have enough great blockers like your caryatid and courser to save you from early damage.

yeah the amount of removal is kind of small but no one wants to trade Thoughtseize or Hero's Downfall as for the Nylea, God of the Hunt and Mistcutter Hydra nylea is good as a one of against weenie decks and just good in general even when she is passive she still gives my guys trample and can be used as a mana sink. mistcutter is good but your probably right ill go down to one mainboard. i think that ill keep Hornet Queen in here but Hornet Nest will move to the sideboard.

what do you guys think about changing out one Genesis Hydra for one Hooded Hydra mainboard?

nevermind, after playtesting i found that Hooded Hydra is better

i want to take out my singleton Reaper of the Wilds, what do you guys think i should put in?

Cards to consider: Arbor Colossus, Terra Stomper, Hornet Nest, Garruk, Apex Predator, Scuttling Doom Engine, another Whip of Erebos or Hero's Downfall...the one of Thoughtseize is completely pointless. Your choice in spells is odd as well, too sporadic without any consistency...but still +1

i had all of those cards in the original build and they didnt function as well as i hoped. as for the weird amounts of spells, i know that its really wonky but no one will trade the ones that i want and i dont want to spend money. on another note thank you for the comment and +1

after a lot of thought i decided to take out the 1 Thoughtseize for another Murderous Cut mainboard to help with consistency.

buildingadeck thanks for the +1!!! and yeah late game mistcutter is so surprising and deadly. i personally love the card even though others have told me to take it out for more conventional hydras like Genesis Hydra. mistcutter is also really awesome against control, haste pro blue and cant be countered.

Yeah, I thought about recommending Genesis Hydra, actually, but Mistcutter seems to work because your deck wants to kill fast for a midrange deck. When FRF hits, I would say that Temur Sabertooth could fit really nicely in here, but that's more of a style choice. It would be similar to a T4 Reaper of the Wilds.
