I wanted to make a deck that actually used Underworld Cerberus and Tymaret, the Murder King. I'm not sure how good the deck actually is because it hasn't been tested and it's still a work in progress, but it has some cool synergies.

Discard Tymaret to Lotleth Troll, sac a Slitherhead to get it back, then scavenge the slitherhead and discard Tymaret again.

Bloodrush a bunch of ghor-clan-rampagers and/or discard stuff to Lotleth Troll, then play Underworld Cerberus, which your opponent won't want to kill because you get all your stuff back.
