What do you think about Raging Ravine in this deck?

I am not sure I need more late game threats.. it is pretty nice though. I might try it out - also what about Treetop Village? My manabase is already pretty touchy so I will try to play around with some man lands. Thanks for the comment!

Yeah Treetop Village might be better, but I don't play Jund so I'm not really sure. Just test it out like you said.

As far as the SB goes, Rakdos Charm seems pretty nice, especially versus Splinter Twin.

How does Profane Command work for you? Also I considered Killing Wave for something like living end...thoughts?

Siege Rhino is a possibility I suppose. 4 colour would just cause me to lose more life though as I would need to rely on fetches and shocks much more, and I'm extremely happy with the current manabase. Profane Command is great, as the tempo swings it creates can win you games. It shines in midrange matchups, and it somewhat less impressive against Grixis, or other decks with blue, as you usually end up tapping out for it and Remand is basically a Time Walk for them.

Killing Wave seems interesting, although there are literally no living end players in my city. :P

Thanks for the suggestions!

maxmuftic10 Wow, so I tried swapping in 4 Siege Rhino in place of the 4 Huntmaster of the Fells  Flip, and made some minor manabase tweaks and its working really well. Damn, I might actually make this 4 colour! Thanks for the suggestion, and for thinking outside the box!

What about Vampire Nighthawk? Or is there a better tech? Because I'm using them in my modern jund and they're fairly hard to deal with in my opinion.

Dies easily to Lightning Bolt, however I am a fan of Vampire Nighthawk. There are simply much better value 3 drops.

I definitly like the list! I'm a jund player as well but I fear the number of 4 drops your mainboarding. I would at least consider cutting huntmaster down by 2. Have you considered trying Bow of Nylea?? I run it in my jund list and it does me wonders with its diverse tech and its ability to keep confidant from killing me with gain 3. Also curious to why you run only one Kitchen Finks I would consider him a 2 of for consistency. Maybe take out the lavamancer? I feel he should be a Scavenging Ooze because he can shape your yard and your opponents.

I definitly like the unique take your list has please tell me how your deck fairs agaisnt dredge and living end though. I found I had a fairly decent match up when ever ooze lands and I have a Jund Charm in hand. Also how are your affinity, twin, and burn matches? I'm curious how your variation effects your match ups

Definitly like the take your deck has though. +1 from me and please take a look at my list and give feedback! Jund players gotta look out for each other

Hey, thanks for the comment.

I'm running so many 4-drops because I don't have Goyfs or Lilis and need lots of sticky win conditions to finish games. If I only draw one threat in a game, it just usually isn't enough to stick the win.

I like Bow of Nylea, will have to play around with that.

I might run a second Kitchen Finks, but I will have to see how I can change the list to make some room. I had 4 Scavenging Ooze, went to 3, and it still felt like too many, so that's why I am running 2. Also, there aren't too many graveyard shenanigans in my meta. I really like the Grim Lavamancer, as it makes use of my graveyard. I only have one Tasigur, the Golden Fang, so it does a good job squeezing in the extra value from my grave.

The variation generally positively affects matchups, since diverse threats are harder to sideboard against, but as with most Jund decks, relying on your life as a resource leads to fairly bad games against burn. I do well against twin, because of all the instant speed removal, hand hate, etc.. Affinity would probably be my worst matchup. The Anger of the Gods and/or Ancient Grudge really needs to show up for me to win generally.

I like your list, too. I think I answered all of your question, and thanks for the suggestions!
