This is my take on the current counters deck. I have decided to go Jund(BRG), due to wanting to have my own individual take on the deck. All opinion are welcome, as well as constructive criticism.

Any suggestions are welcome especially in the following areas:Side Board in General. (especially for against these decks: B/G Counters, Mardu vehicles and four colour saheeli rai.Lands; Do I need more? If so what colours and lands to suit those needs specifically. And what to remove for the these new lands.

Win Conditions

Bristling Hydra This is one of the win conditions, due to its hexproof ability and the synergy it's ability shares with Winding Constrictor. The other major Win condition is Scrapper Champion I have found that this is a very strong win condition if it can survive it's first turn on board, and is aloud to attack. This is due to many of the other cards I'm playing provide energy. (Harnessed Lightning, Attune with Aether, Aether Hub) Most of the time you will find you have plenty of spare energy sitting there to buff Scrapper Champion. This ability becomes especially dangerous with Winding Constrictor

Planes Walkers

The three planes walkers I am running are Nissa, Voice of Zendikar, Chandra, Torch of Defiance and Liliana, the Last Hope. Each of these planes walkers bring something different to the board. Nissa brings the ability to build a defence using tokens as well as the offensive ability of placing counters. Chandra brings ramp, removal and card advantage. These allow you to gain the board advantage. Liliana Brings a very potentially over looked ability, that can be very useful in this deck, this ability is to bring back a creature from the graveyard allowing you to return important creatures including potential win conditions along with the all important Winding Constrictor. Which gives the deck some resilience to removal.
