Plummet is probably preferable to Clip Wings as it's targetable. Sure this can sometimes be a downside because of hexproof etc but I find sometimes your opponent might have like a Thopter token out or a less valuable flyer they can sac instead like some cheap vampire or something.

I think Plummet in most cases is just better.

I feel like Pia and Kiran aren't doing a whole lot here... Maybe replace them with Dwynen, Gilt-Leaf Daen for fringe lifegain, pumping Sylvan Advocates and anything else of that sort you might want, and just generally being a 4 drop 3/4 with reach and benefits?

I have actually been trying out a deck list very close to this but the mana keeps screwing with me. How have the reveal/shadow/clue lands been treating you?

change clip wings with plummet. Allright, it's sac, good against Ojutai. But when he attacks you just use Plummet.

This deck looks awesome. I'm also very fond of the power level of Tireless Tracker. How has The Gitrog Monster been alongside Sylvan Advocate?

How about Sin Prodder in this deck?

so much land though

I playtested against my own Jund Midrange, for reference: Jund Midrange

In a best of 3, my deck went 2-1

Game 1: Sylvan Advocates pretty much destroyed my deck, and the resiliency of your deck showed

Game 2: Alynn Kord helped my deck chip away at yours, using her 0 to get tokens and her -1 for removal

Game 3: Your deck ended up having to play Mindwrack Demon without Delirium, which eventually came to your deck's downfall

In conclusion: You have an amazing deck that's hard to beat, but I feel like you should remove Mindwrack demon, your deck just doesn't have enough ways to trigger Delirium

I'm going to have to agree with fury here. You don't run any Evolving Wilds to get an easy land in your graveyard, and only 2 enchantments also hurts. For a finisher I would go back to Pia and Kiran Nalaar and maybe a Dragonlord Atarka.

March 29, 2016 6:33 p.m.

I think I would almost directly replace Mindwrack Demon with Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet, as he gains life to fuel black card draw and fight off aggro, as well as supporting his own benefits and growth.

I haven't had time to test Mindwrack Demon so thank you so much for the input, I'll make a private list to try and find a way to turn on Delirium easier, but for now I'll remove it and add back in Pia and Kiran Nalaar for now, but Mindwrack is really strong if you can turn on Delirium, because it is hard to answer and hits hard.

Thanks so much for the playtest breakdown, it helps a lot!

I still say Sin Prodder. He'll get Delirium triggered pretty quickly as he comes out turn 3. Also, he will be dealing damage with his menace attack and ability.

Lightning Axe might be better than Roast if you're looking to trigger Delirium, it effectively costs one less, and can hit fliers

You can use Stoic Builder to cycle lands out of the GY if land burn seems to be a problem.

I have a personal hate for cards that give your opponent a choice.

That being said, I am really trying to figure out how to slot in Mindwrack Demon efficiently, so expect an update soon.

furyofstorm101RL - If you would be willing to run a playtest after that change is made, that would be super helpful!

My current plan is to toy with Lightning Axe, Evolving Wilds, and Oath of Nissa in order to turn on Delirium, so you'll see some preliminary testing changes, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :D

Best deck in the format as of now. It is GREAT against any aggro deck with 4x advocate and 3x dead weight. It beats any other midrange with its grind cards like read the bones and k command. and it also beats control. It's sooo much card advantage when you get to play a dark dwellers and then get another threat. Chandra is also great at killing control out of no where, kills ojutai and lightning axe kills silumgar....

Mr.Dr.Professor - Thanks! I've been working really hard to perfect this list. With these most recent changes, it feels really smooth!

March 29, 2016 8:55 p.m.

Just playtested, Delirium is much more reliable now thanks to Evolving Wilds and Lightning Axe I only did one, and it was really close, going down to a 5-0 Life score in favor of my deck, Mindwrack Demon, as you said, was amazing when Delirium was active. The only reason my deck won was because of Elusive Tormentor

March 29, 2016 8:58 p.m.

Mr.Dr.Professor, I wish I'd thought of that name first. XD

I doubt that it is definitively the best in the format, but it is definitely way up there. It IS looking rather smooth...

My main worry here is that you do not seem to have enough creatures. My first suggestion for something to take out is Lightning Axe, as you do not have much Madness, if any. I see that it helps Delirium, but it feels like there are better uses that do not 2 for 1 you.

March 29, 2016 9:06 p.m.

NotSquishedYet - If you think about it, I have an effective 19 creatures, with 4 possible tutors in a Delirium triggered Traverse the Ulvenwald and other forms of card draw, Although the numbers seem low, they end up being a lot more than one would expect, but I am also a tad worried, and if it ends up being a problem, i might have to make some cuts, but hopefully not :D

I played your deck against my W/U humans deck (http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/wu-soi-humans/). Game 1: Jund wins with a pair of Delirious Mindwrack Denons. Game 2: Humans win with a perfect curve and two Thalia's Lieutenants. Game 3: Jund is color-screwed and is unable to get back in the game. Humans defeat Jund 2-1.

Your deck looks great and Mindwrack Demon might be one the best creatures in standard!!!

with only 15 creatures in the deck, I wonder if Corpse Churn isn't better for you than Gather the Pack as a delerium enabler and can also get you back creatures late game.

Thoughts on Infinite Obliteration in the sideboard?

Have you been having any problems reliably casting grasp of darkness? It seems like needing double black for so many spells in a 3 color deck could be a problem.
