Cacklers are back! — Dec. 12, 2012

I was very unimpressed with Wolfir Silverhearts performance. They have been cut and 2 Rakdos Cacklers have been brought back and upped the count of Knight of Infamy to 4 as that guy is a house! I also cut down the number of maindeck Deathrite Shaman to 2 to keep the additional land.
