Commenting again to take back what I said about Farseek , conditionally. I still agree with myself that too many two-drops makes it less valuable, but I also still agree with myself that the resilience is much better. It's also much better at mana-fixing and accelerates into your four-drops just as well.
To that end, and because I haven't been universally impressed with Voice of Resurgence , I went a different way. It includes more interaction, no mana dorks (or any other creature cards, for that matter), and much Farseek . Check out More Tokens, Less Junk if you're interested.

The original deck at FNM did not do as well as I had hoped. Mana issues were a problem in some matches. For example, my last match, I could not get any green mana, which is rare to play any cards by turn 4. Having my Gyre Sage get exiled before I could put out my powerful stuff was also frustrating. However, one match was probably impossible for anyone to counter, even a mirror. A R/G agro deck I faced did this:- Turn 1 - 1 mountain, Stromkirk Noble - Turn 2 - 1 dual land R/G, Burning-Tree Emissary , Burning-Tree Emissary , Flinthoof Boar , Noble hits me for 1.- Turn 3 - 1 mountain, Searing Spear on my 3/3 call of the conclave, hit me for 9, drops Rakdos Cackler - My turn 3, I don't have a lingering souls and can only drop one creature. I ask him if he has a burn spell, he shows me another searing spear, I scoop. lol
My record was 2W-3L. This has forced me to go back to the drawing board. I honestly think the only token deck that could go up against that sort of deck looks nothing like the one I had on here earlier. Also, I feel as if the mana needs to be fixed more and I need more tokens than creatures like Gyre Sage (glass cannon) and Wayfaring Temple . Also, it seems like running Trostani, Selesnya's Voice and Parallel Lives are cards I would play when I'm already winning and don't change the tempo of a match if I get them out when my opponent has more/bigger creatures when I could summon Advent of the Wurm instead and have the mana not be so constrictive.

I like it. There are some things that are different from my deck (More Tokens, Less Junk), but I like the direction it's going.
The more I look at it, the more I like Doomed Traveler . Maybe it doesn't do much against control, but against aggro it's pretty big. I'm not going to play it in my deck just out of lack of room, because I'm finding that main-decking disruption (in the form of Abrupt Decay , Tragic Slip , and Putrefy ) is necessary to me, but I do like his inclusion here.
How much do you like Gather the Townsfolk ? I wonder because out of the two types of 1/1 tokens in my deck, only the Spirits really do anything for me. The Vampires don't have any evasion and don't block fliers and don't often do anything special, which is what I'd worry about with the Humans. But you can get the Humans out quickly. Does that make up for it?
The only other comments I have are on the sideboard, out of some experience of playing some newer cards in mine. First of all, I don't think Golgari Charm is your answer. If you're worried about Bant Hexproof (based on your comments on my deck, this may be so), then Ray of Revelation is just going to be better. The -1/-1 isn't going to hit much unless you're lucky enough to off an Invisible Stalker with it before your opponent gets it enchanted up. I have 3x Abrupt Decay and 2x Ray of Revelation in post-sideboard against that deck, and every one of those cards is worth a 2- or 3-for-1. Particularly fun is removing a Spectral Flight from a Geist of Saint Traft and then blocking it to death.
Also, think about Sin Collector . I played some Duress for a few days because I thought it useful against both control and Bant Hexproof. However, with the Rays, I don't think it's necessary to hit that deck's hand anymore. So now it's being used just against control, and Sin Collector (with its exiling) is much better against Sphinx's Revelation decks. The only disadvantage is that it's slow enough that it might be countered, but you can play around that. (It's always a few turns before they want to use the Revelation anyway.)
Good luck with it, and please keep us up to date with how it goes. I'm still looking at a lot of options and would like to know how yours work out.

Changing my mind again. Your Golgari Charm recommendation is a good one I think, and I've added three of them to my board. The last straw was thinking about slowing Reanimator by killing its mana dorks. It also gives me room for one more Selesnya Charm in the sideboard, which I always feel I want against Reanimator and Jund.
Thanks for the advice. I'll let you know whatever else I come up with, including the experiment I may try with Runechanter's Pike tonight.

Hey! It's me again. I got away from the Junk Tokens for a bit, deciding to go a slightly different direction in Junk, which is Varolzicrats. I thought I'd come over here and let you know that since we had been having a decent discussion about it for a while...and then I see you're playing Cartel Aristocrat too.
So aside from just coming to let you know why I hadn't posted for a while, it turns out you might actually be interested in what I built (and have since slightly modified since a very, very similar deck won SCG Baltimore this past weekend). Come check it out! And give Varolz a chance!

Hey, just popped over here after you commented on my deck Junk Tokens...thanks for that, by the way.
It looks like yours has evolved a little towards mine (which is still evolving too, of course), but there are a couple of things that are different, and I wanted to explain why I did them to give you another viewpoint.
I thought about using Farseek in mine instead of the more fragile mana dorks, too. The problem is that this deck has a ton of two-drops, which means that Farseek actually ends up becoming a detriment. For instance, against a lot of decks you want to get a Voice of Resurgence out as soon as possible...if you have one of those and a Farseek in your hand, you don't have a good option. You can either play Farseek and slow down your good creature, or you can play your Voice and make Farseek worse because it's accelerating a turn later. Also, one of the most important cards in the deck is Lingering Souls , a three-drop that Farseek does not accelerate into while one-drop mana dorks do.
I really like the resilience of Farseek, but I don't think it fits in a deck like this. From what I see in your description, it would have fit really well in the deck you were playing, which was more mana intensive.
Also, if you can manage it, I highly suggest Thragtusk in the sideboard if you have any sort of control in your metagame. Token decks just fold to sweepers in a huge way, especially sweepers that don't actually destroy the creatures and therefore render Rootborn Defenses or Ready / Willing useless (I'm thinking of Terminus and overloaded Cyclonic Rift ). Even Voice doesn't do well against those cards. Thragtusk does. The fact that it's an I-win card against aggro if you live that long is just gravy.
How did FNM go? I'm updating mine with my results too.
