Just another Blue/White Control (Standard MTG Deck)

Hey guys! Nothing new here, just a somewhat basic blue/white control deck. Counter and exile in the early game and throw out game winners late game like Archangel Avacyn , Thing in the Ice (when it flips), Rise from the Tides and Sphinx of the Final Word. Jace, Unraveler of Secrets is amazing for card draw, but I was a little worried it wouldn't be enough so I put in Anticipate (which I've noticed is kind of a blue/white staple right now anyways), and then some Evolving Wilds to reshuffle. I really like the rebound combo you can pull of with Narset Transcendent and Rise from the Tides, which is why she's in my maybeboard. But the deck is mainly counter spells and enchantments so unless I'm running 4 Rise from the Tides it wouldn't make a whole lot of sense to play her (minus the draw utility and her ultimate).
