Marchesa is a benevolent queen. She loves to draw people cards, give them creatures, even make it so they can't lose the game. IF you ever cross her though she will slap you silly. The whole deck is designed to make sure you convince people to let you stay the monarch in a non-spiteful way. Diplomacy can win the day. You can Bloodgift Demon or Underworld Connections another player. You can Alliance of Arms or Benevolent Offering so another player can't get swung out of the game. Make sure no one loses with Abyssal Protector(until you kill it yourself). Plenty of mardu removal to punish those who aren't playing fair. As well as some taxes for attacking just to dissuade the rabble. This deck is budget cause I don't have many good cards and don't feel like spend over 10 bucks for a card.
