This is an experimental PDH deck that I wanted to build to address the distinct lack of sliver tribal decks. Of course I could have built Fusion Elemental and played it safe, but screw that noise, I'm doing it my way. This deck utilizes Dormant Sliver and Cautery Sliver as the generals in order to provide a deck that can both hang back on defense amassing resources, or swing out to hopefully win the game. My main focus right now is tweaking the manabase, because right now it's God awful.
