This is a play on my deck:Traftless Hexproof deck.

What I've discovered is that in today's standard meta, my current deck is fundamentally too slow. When I make it to Turn 7 or 8 I can win. But I need nearly perfect draws to beat anything remotely resembling boros, rakdos, or an aggressive 3-4 color deck. I also can't afford the manabase for 3 or 4 colors.

There aren't enough spirits left in this deck to make drogskol useful. My Soulsworn Sprits however, are considered such a bad card that they're ignored - right until copy 2 Aetherlings in one turn with another "bad card" (Stolen Identity). The Ascended Lawmages are another great platform for stolen identity.

The goal is still to make it to having 7 mana on board. Deranged Assistants should help with that pre-rotation, and I'll use cluestones afterwards. Considering having 4 Cathedral Sanctifiers for chump blockers that can also work well with Dramatic Rescue.

this lifegain/persevere until cyclonic rift goal is another reason why I'm favoring Dramatic Rescue over Unsummon. I
