Turbo fog for modern. The goal is simple, play howling mines and rites for card draw and land drop while using your fog affects to keep you alive as you watch your opponent basicly flip over their deck as you resolve jace or sphinxes tutulage. If your opponent dosent try to win through comat damage that's where the toolbox sideboard comes in. leylines is great against anything from hand disruption to straight damage to the face. Beast withen takes care of any permanents you may have a problem with. Silence can be a real problem for your opponent especially when combined with isochron scepter.

So I have been thinking about it and under a somewhat impulsive trade, I decided to pick up a Gideon Jura from a regular at my LGS. While I thought about it that Gideon Jura and Tamiyo, the Moon Sage fill the same spot in my deck and I would have to cut one over the other. So the question is, which one is better for my deck? Gideon Jura allows me to swing back at my opponent, which is the reason I have Faerie Conclave as a 2 of (it would be Celestial Colonnade if I could trade for them or afford it) in a situation where I need to try to end the game faster or if milling them wasn't a option. Tamiyo, the Moon Sage on the other hand allows me to draw X number of cards depending on the game which can get me out of a tight situation or possibly end the game depending on the Sphinx's Tutelage triggers and the ulti gives me infinite fog. Im going to continue to playtest with both and see which one I feel is better or if someone gives me a really convincing argument for ether side.
