Maybe Kiora, the Crashing Wave and Monastery Siege? Maybe take out the Rites of Flourishing for the siege. The advantage would be that only you get the draw power, but of course, you would have to discard something, maybe an unneeded land, except that you need those for your PW's.
Also, Painter's Servant and the tutelage is an instant win, since all of the cards in the deck would share a color and would trip it until they're milled out.
Either way, I think these turbo fog decks are going to be a very big deal.

Kiora is very bad in Modern because she dies to Lightning Bolt immediately. Silent Arbiter could be good, though, for the times you don't have a Fog handy.

Except, as I understand it, Conspiracy is not legal in Modern, only Legacy and formats which allow for Legacy-legal cards.Therefore, Silent Arbiter isn't legal, unless there's an older printing that I don't know about from the icon on here.

In which matchups would you side in the Isochron Scepter and Silence? Also, how can you beat decks with an Emrakul, the Aeons Torn? Maybe some sideboard to beat that? (like Relic of Progenitus or Rest in Peace)

awesome1000988 Isochron Scepter and Silence Are in the deck against combo decks or decks like 8rack and is basically a prison combo, Allowing for you to shut out anything that combos at sorcery speed. Emrakul, the Aeons Torn As far as i'm concerned is a "I win" card that you kinda just lose to unless you can beat annihilator 6 somehow. In the cases of both Tooth and Nail and tron decks, you will side Isochron Scepter and Silence combo to lock them out.

What I meant is that someone with an Emrakul, the Aeons Torn in their deck cannot get milled out. This means that you can't win, unless I am missing something obvious.

awesome1000988 They can still get milled out, Even if there last card in the deck to draw and they have a on top Emrakul, the Aeons Torn they probably will be drawing more cards due to Howling Mine Or Rites of Flourishing. It just means that when he hits the grave, hes going to be shuffled and it doesn't really count as being milled.

It would immediately eat any creature removal the opponent had, since there are no other targets. You either accept that their removal will get value, or you don't play any removable creatures

Font of Mythos over Otherworld Atlas possibly? The atlas just seems a bit slow. +1 for turbo fog :)
