The fastest mill deck in the south!

The choices:

Mill: obviously the mainstay of the deck.

Archive Trap: with most of modern decks running fetch lands, combined with our Path to Exiles and Ghost Quarters, this is always a free mill 13. Can't get much better.

Glimpse the Unthinkable: aside from trap, this little sorcery is the best mill spell ever printed.

Breaking / Entering: serves as glimpse 5-8. A little smaller but for 2 mana its still beast.

Mind Funeral: in combination with the opponent's fetches, them searching for lands with path and ghost quarter, and surgical extraction stealing their non-basics.., this spell consistently gets 12+.

Hedron Crab: combined with our Polluted Delta and Oboro, Palace in the Clouds, this little mundane crab, turns into a mill 6 nearly every turn. :)

Utility:

Surgical Extraction: this can do everything from picking apart a combo to getting rid of huge threats before they become threats. Such as a goyf in the yard. We dont want one of those to hit the board!

Path to Exile: great removal and fuels trap.

Trapmaker's Snare: ran as traps 5&6

Snapcaster Mage: this guy is an extra blocker / extra mill/removal/draw. What more can we ask of a simple 2 drop.

Thought Scour: a one drop draw spell with a bonus.

Visions of Beyond: as mentioned before, one drop draw is sweet. But a one drop draw 3 is amazing..

Ghost Quarter: when targeting the right land this can stall opponents big time. And if they do wanna search, we trap 'em!..also can be used for mana fixing in a tight spot.

Polluted Delta: mana fixing at its best and landfall fuel.

Oboro, Palace in the Clouds: may seem like an odd choice but if i have a crab out and no lands in hand i can fuel landfall with no drawbacks because it doesn't enter tapped. Good deal if you ask me.
