Everything everywhere, whee!
Another thought experiment. Tactic is to get two Panoptic Mirror out, one with Brand the other with Scrambleverse. Scramble the field around willy nilly, then Brand brings all of your stuff back to you, leaving you with a bunch of random extra stuff from the other players.
For mana to exile Scrambleverse onto the Panoptic Mirror, Braid of Fire can come in handy now that there's no such thing as mana burn. The old staples Mystical Tutor and Enlightened Tutor can help to find the other key cards in the deck.
Lastly, use the Mycosynth Lattice, Darksteel Forge and Hanna's Custody to bulletproof your permanents. Soul Conduit can help to stay alive, because let's face it, there is basically no defence at all in this deck (I have a bad habit of doing that, maybe I should slot in a few lands which can generate tokens to use as blockers in a pinch?)
Mishra's Bauble is there to cycle cards, then Possibility Storm later on in the game just makes things interesting. :-)
Safe Haven is in there so that you can slowly hoover up all the creatures if you want to.
So yeah, open to attack in the early and mid game, probably fatally, but that's how these thought experiments go.
