Hi, newer Magic player just started a year ago and looking to jump into EDH. Found this deck to purchase and was the Commander I wanted to use for a decent deal. So can you guys help me tweak it out. Looking to add:

Griselbrand, Lilana Vess, Avacyn of Hope, maybe the Maze land that taps to prevent damage. What other staples am I missing and what should I remove.
