I'm very very slowly fumbling my way through learn how to make and play Morph decks and, hopefully, this deck is somewhat playable by now.

Ultimately we want to have our commander and Flash speed enablers out simultaneously so we can drop a Morph creature down every single turn for free and get card advantage from that.

Our Flash enablers are:

Vivien, Champion of the Wilds , Prophet of Kruphix , Vedalken Orrery & Leyline of Anticipation .

Another great one is Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir , but this is a 1v1 deck and we really need to be careful with how much 4+ cmc cards we include.

Then it's just a bunch of self explanatory Morph creatures with self explanatory abilities. The more we can play and draw with, the better. And then if we can keep them all in play and peck away at our opponent's life total or get down a finisher like Thunderfoot Baloth or Craterhoof Behemoth then we should be able to close it out.

It's far from a competitive deck but we usually have a choice of either ramping or holding up counter spells in the early game. So that's something to consider depending on the type of opponent you're up against too.
