Kaervek (a.k.a. KHAAAAN) hates everyone and everything. I really don't care if I win with this deck; I just want to spread around as much destruction and damage as possible, and occasionally I'll take myself out on the way. This deck relies on the fact that people in multiplayer games tend to focus on overt threats. Because the deck doesn't build up a terribly threatening board, and is usually equally scary to everyone, it can often sit back and wait until players are in killing range, then knock them out. Better still, it can wait until the other players have killed each other in their weakened states, then finish off whoever's left. It also serves as a handy method to make sure that games with 5 or more players end some time. Really, though, it's about messing with everyone.

Of course, Havoc Festival is more or less the star of the deck. Nothing ends games faster.
