Ways to build around Kaho:

Activated ability: clearly you want a lot of instants. This guides the deck. Also, her ability is an activated ability with generic mana cost equal to CMC, so you want to find spells that don't cost too much or affect activated abilities, such as Training Grounds. In addition, since Kaho's little spellbook is only 3 pages long, you're going to need to be able to "reset" her; Ghostly Flicker and its ilk work here, as does bounce or, preferably, mass bounce. Thus, you have your shell: you need cards that interact well with tapping, instants, and mass bounce, preferably any creatures would also have activated abilities as well to gain coincidental advantage with the support shell you build for Kaho.
