I got the idea for this Deck from the great "The Commander's Quarters" Youtube Channel. It can be built really low budget but I upgraded it with a couple of cards:

Of course I kept the basic strategic idea, but added a few ways to actually finish the game. The deck performs best in a 4 player multiplayer environment. You should be able to stay around 40 life quite easily, while draining your opponents constantly. The deck has a couple ways to deal with creature threats, so often your opponents will prefer to attack each other, which lowers their life totals even more. Kambal does a really great job as a commander. If you are lucky he won't be targeted with removal as there are often more direct threats on the board. Good news is, the deck will still do work if he isn't on the board for a couple turns. When the final turns start, you should be set up with a lot of mana, allowing you to finish the game with cards like Debt to the Deathless or Exsanguinate, which can be enhanced by Sanguine Bond or Vizkopa Guildmage for a devastating strike (always check for open mana if blue players are on the table, so you don't get countered). As another great win condition Exquisite Blood combos with Sanguine Bond, Cliffhaven Vampire and Defiant Bloodlord. Your opponents will probably know that, so only play Exquisite Blood if you have one of the other combo piece in play already, otherwise it will be removed quickly or you will instantly become the main target of the table.

The deck does not interact too much with your opponents, you will almost never attack with a creature. Instead your main task will be to play your spells efficiently, try not to appear as a immediate threat, time your finishing spells well and of course to keep track of life totals during each turn.
