Thanks for the suggestions klone13. Added meditate and i think I'll add misstep to the sideboard for certain matchups. Unfortunately I'll never be able to afford the candelabra until tiny leaders comes to mtgo :(

I'd stick with Kami. He generates advantage and moves your opponent closer to brain freeze territory. Jace doesn't offer that.

Hey man! Been developping Mono-Blue Mill for a couple months and to answer your question : keep Kami as the leader but play Jace maindeck! Kami ensures you a turn 2 play working towards your deck's strategy. Jace is good too but for other reasons : to smooth your draws, throw flashback spells in the yard, and once he flips he's well... an 80$ Jace lol.

From what I can see, your deck seems to be focused on the brain freeze combo a lot, I'm not too sure on how you can effectively kill your opponent with brainfreeze and the few other mill spells you have. Even with a crazy storm 4-5, how do you mill the rest without mind sculpt? Dedicating all to spots to drawing cards and tutoring brain freeze I feel leaves you weak to creature assaults and answers to threats. I may be wrong, so please tell me your experience!

Dictate of Kruphix and Howling Mine help for faster depletion of libraries. Might even be worth it to add a Laboratory Maniac as a possibly win con or for more defense bc you only have two creatures.
