Kamigawa block constructed deck, on a budget. (I just will ignore cards over a few bucks, also the deck is as good as the kamigawa block, aka not much).For now, the focus is the legendary spirits from the blocks, we have:

1. 5 color cycles:maros, kirins and myojins (the dragons are a bit expensive and allied with the mortals so screw them)

2. Random useful legendary spirits(I skipped the Kodomas as they were quite heavy on green cost and probably not worth it and I din't want to play just a part of the cycle)

3. Shrines(let's live the dream)

4. Arcane, all spells are arcane except for Final Judgement but it's there for flavor reasons.

5. The Maro like legends work as we could normally end with full hands specially thanks to the splice mechanic.

6. Spirit or arcane triggers, they will happen with all but 3 cards for now, not that many of those could fit, mainly the kirins and the green "ramp" spirits, sadly the oonas didn't fit as that repeatable removal is decent.

7. literally the only two artifacts that interact in a good way, I might include the Journeyer's Kite later.

The mana base is just a prototype of the proportions I later will add some multicolored lands, few ramp is a risk but there is not much more. Kamigawa lands are too expensive or just bad, so I'll ignore the limitation fo the block for lands to get some cheap fixing.
