Trying to build a mono blue Ninja Control deck for fun. I don't want to make it aggro, hence the control spells. Don't want to include faeries as they are not in synch with Ninjas aesthetically lol

Nevermind the legendary lands, I just have it around so I'd like to include them anyway.

I build it myself just by doing research for cool cards, I'm no pro, just a casual player playing with friends. The meta here is creature-heavy and/or fast-paced (like goblins, elf, slivers)
