Ramp up and cast Primal Surge for the win.

Wheel of Sun and Moon protects from self mill afterwards, so does Crystal Chimes and Elixir of Immortality.

Abundance picking land targets means death to Eidolon of Blossoms is no longer an issue.

Craterhoof Behemoth makes everything at least 50/50. Odric, Lunarch Marshal stacked after Surrak, the Hunt Caller gives all creatures haste and finally Rogue's Passage/Siege Behemoth makes Karametra unblockable.

Aura Shards destroy's anything that causes problems like Akroma's Memorial, Eldrazi Monument and/or Mycosynth Lattice.
