Dwindle your opponent down using Extort, Obzedat can hit them for a few extra points depending on your opponents deck sometimes you may not want to exile it at the end of your turn. Use Oblivion Rings and Orzhov Charm to remove any threats. You can possibly pull off the infinite combo using Vizkopa Guildmage and Exquisite Blood, if it happens great if not no big deal there should be enough here to actually do something. I've went infinite twice so far but even without the combo the guildmage is pretty good when you give Obzedat lifelink.

Sideboard: Arrest, Stab Wound, One Thousand Lashes these work great for punishing someone who has big creatures but it all depends on the opponents deck. Lingering Souls work well for blockers to handle their chump creatures. Arrest allows you to continue attacking them with things like Nighthawk and whatever else you choose to go on the offensive with. Staff of Nin can give you card advantage in the late game.
