Fair enough. It's a lot less useful paired, though if it untaps Temple of the False God it's still infinite, or if you just need something to block and then return to your hand it has some utility.

I like it. It seems well-built and fun to play. Mono blue isn't something I'm personally fond of but I admire it. I do think I'd add Blue Sun's Zenith, but not much else immediately stands out as something I'd change. Maybe take out Temple Bell, unless you're using it as a political tool. Curse of the Swine would also be fun.

Ah, guess I didn't see the combo. Curse is sorcery, sure... but in mono-blue you're short on straight-up removal when something does manage to resolve. Something that doesn't lose you card advantage is nice to have.

Oh, one big thing I'm noticing absent; a must-have in just about any blue deck that doesn't want to be attacked: Propaganda. Two colorless may not seem like much, but it's often enough to make people look elsewhere.

A classic deck! I would highly recommend Thundertrap Trainer, Spellseeker, and Kitsa, Otterball Elite.
Additionally, if you are already on Alhammarret's Archive, I further recommend Teferi's Ageless Insight.

I see Deadeye Navigator, but no Palinchron or Great Whale!
