to get an early defense plan setup that we can work through.

: Anti-graveyard hate.

: Library hate. I could have opted for just swapping in/out a
Surgical Extraction
but I find sometimes that the 2 life can make a large difference.

: Good ol'

-lock. Game ending combination that we have fairly easy access to.

: One of our key pieces that helps lock out our opponent in combination with
Karn, the Great Creator
. A turn 4 play at best, so this may come slower than other strategies depending on the game.

: More anti-graveyard hate.

: Ping a player or creature for that crucial 1 damage. Can be used repeatedly over time to win the game.

: Let's put everyone in the crypts, cause that always works out well. Oh wait, it doesn't.

: A method to lock-out ETB triggers.

: Protection against any Planeswalkers or creature effects if
Karn, the Great Creator
and
Mycosynth Lattice
or not yet in play. Although chances are we have at least Karn.
