I don't know if there's another deck with this name, but I thought that it was a good idea.

If you can go more expensive, add stuff like Blightsteel Colossus, Chromatic Lantern, Triumph of the Hordes, Crystal Quarry, Contagion Engine, and fetchlands. If you want more proliferate, add stuff like Bloom Hulk, Atraxa, Praetors' Voice, Courage in Crisis, Merfolk Skydiver, Tezzeret's Gambit, and Karn's Bastion. If you don't want you opponents to steal your creatures and poison you back, add Melira, Sylvok Outcast, Burn the Impure, and Vizier of Remedies.

In the sideboard, there is the combo Melira, Sylvok Outcast + Phyrexian Unlife . This makes it so that you don't lose the game for having no life.
