Wincons:

1) Primary game plan is to control the board, casting Paradoxical Outcome to re-use some key ETB effects, then beat down with Docent of Perfection boosted wizards.

2) Use the various ETB triggers with Sage's Row Denizen out to mill our opponents out.

3) If all else fails, there's always Labman. Azami + Paradox Engine are here to support this.
