Nonblue control decks are my thing.

Kaya's Hailfire Hoard as the name references three of the major cards in the deck. Kaya, Orzhov Usurper Trove of Temptation Torment of Hailfire . These three cards contribute to our strategy for actually winning the game. Kaya is a win con, stabilization tool, removal, and graveyard hate all in one card. Trove of Temptation fixes and ramps us so we can play whatever we need to and still be able to draw with our draw engines. Torment is the main win condition -- a Trove on 4 usually leads to a big Torment a few turns later that empties their hand and clears their board at the very least, if not killing them outright or setting them to <5 life.

This deck is mostly "kill your stuff tribal" -- it focuses on removing any and all permanents the opponent can play, while getting a Trove of Temptation down to rack up treasure. Cards like Fountain of Renewal help gain life to deal with burn and aggro strategies, and board wipes can eliminate an aggro deck's board.

Control is a hard matchup, but our ramp from our Troves often leads us to being able to play more cards in a turn than they have mana or counterspells to counter. The end result is them being without mana while we still have enough treasures to Torment for lethal. Aggro is mostly a coin flip of whether I find enough removal and life gain early enough to combat their pressure. Midrange is what this deck thrives into, having the answers to their threats, denying their value generators, and killing them with a combination of my win conditions.
