Popular Monogreen going around with a splash of white for Gavony Township, extra set of mana dorks, Loxodon Smiters, etc. Kalonian Hydra is a great overall card in any deck but what it lacks in the Monogreen is synergy with other cards that have counters. This is where Gavony Township comes into play.

This deck has difficulty against control, and against aggro so that's why I have a few Loxodon Smiters to supplement that.

I was originally worried about flyers such as Olivia Voldaren and Thundermaw Hellkite and wanted to side in cards such as Plummet but my creatures are going to be big and will pose a threat if they aren't blocked/answered.
