The Dream: use self-mill cards (golgari) to mill out auras such as Eldrazi Conscription (buffers), infect auras (there are like 2), and auras that make creatures unblockable (canopy cover, indomitable might, etc). Reanimate or play Storm Hearld, putting the auras on Kediss, then swinging. There are 2 extra combat auras as there arent that many auras that can buff and extra combat auras are basically 2x dmg boosters.

Discard + draw cards (such as faithless looting) are there to filter out dredge and auras from your hand. Wheel of fortune is basically this but as a wheel.

Worst case scenario: you mill out your deck and flash back Dread Return to reanimate stormherald.

Note: infect isn't always needed, with enough auras + commander damage, you can successfully guarantee one takedown and have Kediss do MASSIVe damage (talking about 25-35) to other players. From there using riftsweeper to return an enchantment and play it will be enough to take people out. Also skullcrack is for stuff like teferi's protection, letting infect/commander damage still kill them.

Potential improvements: As of playtesting this for 5 games, the land amount is decent and works pretty well (33 lands + 1 MDFC land). Milling cards also tend to bring lands so that's cool. However, the talismans/signets can potentially be removed and use more mill cards to add consistency as the ramp doesn't bring much (average cmc is 2). Other than that the only other main concern is counterspells, so using something like veil of summer may help...

Results: in one game, was playing against atraxa infect and braids nightmare, was able to win at 7 infect counters with braids draining and gaining card advantage. Very casual deck I made, but it is pretty fun to play at casual pods.
