You really do need Anticipate in here. Beautiful card advantage and let's you do SOMETHING with your mana.

I would consider making this more of a tap out style control deck. What this means, is that on each of your turns you are tapping out for something proactive, as opposed to being only reactive. Satyr Wayfinder contributes to this, but I think we can push this idea even father, especially if we place a larger emphasis on the advantage provided by planeswalkers.
Here are my suggestions: -1 Land, -1 Ugin, -2 Reality Shift, -1 Dragonlord's Prerogative, -1 Banishing Light, -1 Dragonlord Dromoka, and -2 Anticipate. Total of -9 Cards.
As for additions I would suggest, +1 Ojutai's Command, +2 Kiora, the Crashing Wave, +2 Dragonlord Ojutai, +1 Treasure Cruise, and +3 Last Breath. Total of +9 Cards.
These cards all contribute to the idea of tapping out and doing something proactive each turn. Instead of waiting for your opponents to play something and deciding what to do based on that, you can take a more aggressive line. For example if your opponent stumbles on mana or the like, you can put them under the gun quickly with Kiora into Ojutai.
For these reasons I'm not a fan of Anticipate in this deck.

Sorry if I'm late here, but I'm stoked on this deck. Do you have any results with it? This is the first proper one I've seen.

Not a lot, haven't actually started to acquire this on paper. It's been decent during online testing though.

I'm kinda meh on it. I guess I'll try it. Not too sure it would help it. Also, why Last Breath over Reality Shift?
April 8, 2015 7:23 p.m.
One is a removal spell, one is a tempo spell. Control decks want removal spells. Reality Shift is not a turn 2 Answer! It is late game way to turn a gig threat into a smaller threat, which likely also requires an answer. Not to mention what happens when they flip a creature. Last Breath is a 2 mana answer to almost any early game play. It is much easier for this deck to deal with a turn 4 Polukranos, World Eater than it is for it to deal with a turn two Seeker of the Way or turn 3 Goblin Rabblemaster. As such, I believe that having an actual answer to an early threat is much more important .
I really do believe that a tap out style game plan is right for this deck. It feels too clunky currently. Are you going to tap out for a planeswalker? Or are you going to hold up Anticipate? Are you going to hold up mana just in case they play something so you can Reality Shift it? Or are you going to jam a Dragonlord Ojutai? Or perhaps you would you rather hold up Dragonlord's Prerogative? Currently I feel your deck is split two ways, and I think you would be much better off consolidating your game plan.

I see what you mean. When I get the time, I'll put some changes in. On mobile ATM.

satyr wayfinder is my only problem. anticipate is a far better two drop in my opinion. I love bant control and everyone has their own twist on it. Check my bant list out if you want. I also think 4 digs in this is a little to many... i think at some point youre just going to dig because its the only thing you can do... idk +1

The thing is, if I do Dig because it's my only option, that's not a bad thing. The Satyrs are there for Dig and Cruise, plus being able to sift through my deck.

I just think satyrs belong in sultai re animator ,or other decks where you can get things back from grave in this you could hit a lot of your win cons and be relying on a dig to get you out of it. idk how has this done in competition?

Never have put this together IRL. Trying to do so however. I'll hop on Cockatrice and do some matches.

I would try and fit one or two Icefall Regents. They are just so hard to remove and can shut down a lot of powerful creatures!

Operation Return the Favor - Final Phase, Phase 3
Make sure your socks are pulled up! This might just knock them off!
Put on your looking eyeballs! You need to see this!
Hold onto your seat! Or else it'll be swept out from underneath you!
Clench your buttocks! Because I felt like screaming this!
Ready? Begin! Alright, before the pool of suggestions, I see that you are considering running Icefall Regent. Well, I believe that it could be a good addition; or you could add in Singing Bell Strike. It has a much lower CMC, it requires more mana to use the creature, and it does the same thing. Really, the only reason I see for you to run Icefall Regent is to deal extra damage, but with the number of wincons you already have, that extra damage is unnecessary.
Okay, now for dem suggestions. Remember, I don't see any pressing matter for these, I just want to show you some more options. ;)

I would suggest adding Silumgar's Scorn. It is great in control that is dragon heavy, (such as yours) and can stop lethal cards like Goblin Rabblemaster from coming out early. Late game, it is an extremely mana efficient counterspell. At least try it, tell me what you think.

Anticipate is better than Satyr Wayfinder in my opinion.
