It's the usual Moedern Azorius Control deck with heavier focus on Drawing and Stalling out the game until Kefnet the Mindful is out. Once the bad boy is out we can slowly take complete control of the game by backing up this awesome blocker and drawing extra cards and eventually swinging with him for the win(or with Celestial Colonnade). Also, as a backup plan we're packing 4x Sphinx's Tutelage which should work great with all the draw.

A nice game for us can go something like:

Turn 1: Island + Serum Visions / Ancestral Vision

Turn 2: Seachrome Coast + Remand / Think Twice / Repeal

Turn 3: Island + Kefnet the Mindful

Turn 4: Glacial Fortress + Cryptic Command and start hitting w/ Kefnet the Mindful

...

Note: Thassa, God of the Sea is a placeholder for Kefnet the Mindful
