Once there are no more creatures in the library, if you target one of your own creatures with Proteus Staff, that creature will go to bottom of library, be revealed and come into play, then you can rearrange your library in any order to draw into a combo piece.

Palinchron + Omniscience = Infinite mana.

Palinchron + High Tide or Extraplanar Lens + at least 6 islands (or 5 islands and 2 other lands) = Infinite mana.

Hullbreaker Horror + Mox Amber + Mana Crypt = Infinite mana.

Once you have infinite mana, you can draw the deck out with Kefnet. You can cast Cyclonic Rift, and Thought Vessel to keep your deck in your hand, then cast Nexus of Fate *list*. Since you have no library, because you drew it, Nexus of Fate will shuffle back in, becoming the only card in there, which you will draw again next turn. Now you have infinite turns, have cast Cyclonic Rift already, and you have your creatures to just attack for a few turns for the win.

If this plan gets disrupted, it's probably pretty hard to win, as there are only 3 creatures in the deck. However, if Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur can stay on the board for a turn cycle and keep opponents hands empty, this can stall people in a kind of soft lock to just grind it out with counter spells and bounce...
