Lots of food for thought. I will have to consider all the suggestions and update the list accordingly before assembling the deck since I don't own many of the suggested cards. But I do thank you guys. Next step improve the list. :)

So, I haven't had much spare time to dedicate to this deck up to now. Been trying to finish some other decks. Now its time to revise this one.
Your card suggestions are great and I added 11 of those, now having to figure out what to remove.
Cards I didn't add:
Solemn Simulacrum - I only own 2 and they are both in use in different decks where they make a bit more sense.
Weathered Wayfarer - great card but I own 0 right now.
Batterskull - indeed one of the best equipments out there. But own 0 right now.
Swords - I only own Sword of Body and Mind which is anti-thematic with this deck. Who ever heard of wolves and cats working together? :P
Trading Post - easy to use and quite versatile, I only own 1 which is in another deck.
All Is Dust , Wrath of God , Fated Retribution and Terminus - I don't own most of those cards (as a matter of fact own 1 WoG which is in another deck). Added the Command, DoJ and Akroma's Vengeance . With Mass Calcify and Worldslayer I already have 5 board sweepers. Those should be more than enough.
Path to Exile - in this deck Dispatch is much better.
Return to Dust - although nice, I don't have much of a reason to play it, most of the time.
Kor Haven - great land, but I only have 1 copy which plays on another deck instead.
Mistveil Plains - was already there.
Rogue's Passage - own 1, in another deck although it might quite easily be moved into this one. Will have to check it up.
Mentor of the Meek - got a copy the other day, so added it!
Also added a Mystifying Maze since it makes lots of sense.
Although many of your cards are extremely good, I'm not adding them at the moment for the sole reason that I'm trying to stay on a budget. When I get them I'll add them, of course. :) Thanks for the suggestions though. Will have lots to do to improve the deck. Most of all, will try to make it fun which is something I fear it lacks.

Small changes have been introduced: since I got myself a Wrath of God and a Rogue's Passage I added both in place of a Plains and Day of Judgment .

After what was an excelent game today, I came aware that this deck doesn't need Angel of Jubilation so I swapped it out for Caged Sun . It pumps all the same and quickens my game by giving me much more mana.
During the game there were times when a man land would have made a whole lot of difference. I need to get 1 Forbidding Watchtower (a card I need to get) and quite possibly Mishra's Factory . Kor Haven and Mistveil Plains (a card I though I add available but alas I don't so I'll have to buy it) will be great additions too.
On the other hand, the deck loved Rogue's Passage and Burnished Hart . Great suggestions.

The deck has been greatly updated to add a bit more of control to the board. I'm still unhappy with some of the options I made, although I find it hard to remove stuff.
I'd like to add back Worldslayer and Konda, Lord of Eiganjo. I see myself removing good old WoG for Worldslayer but what else should I remove to add Konda?
Other things I'm considering are Dragon Throne of Tarkir, Fireshrieker (add back), O-Naginata (add back) and Soul of Theros.

That's a card I did consider and that I used in my old 60-card casual deck which evolved into this. Yet, due to a low mana curve, I'm running few lands and there's some tricks that fetch lands directly into play. I doubt the Scope would trigger that much. On the other hand the Map fetches Nykthos, Emeria, the Maze, Rogue's Passage and whatever other utility land I'm needing. Moreover, with Sun Titan I can re-use it all I want.
I still prefer the Map but thanks for the input.

Have you considered Grappling Hook? I like it better that Nemesis Mask in most spots.

Well, I did consider it but I think that the Mask is better. Eqquip it to a token and alpha strike with everything else to guarantee a victory. Hook looks more like a piece of spot removal...

Nice interaction. I had't thought of that. Will have to think about it though since it'll be hard to pull that one off without the tutors. Might work on some other deck though.

Burnished Hart and Solemn Simulacrum are good ramp options.
Mirror Entity makes Kemba and her army enormous.
Weathered Wayfarer keeps you from falling behind on land. Can tutor for nonbasics.
Batterskull is a great Equipment. Acts like a creature, offers a great boost, protects itself, and is the best target for an early game Stoneforge Mystic .
Fireshrieker offers double strike.
The Swords are great Equipment. Sword of Fire and Ice , Sword of Light and Shadow , and Sword of Feast and Famine being the best out of the cycle.
Expedition Map is a good land tutor
Trading Post is a great utility card for artifact-based decks.
Run more sweepers. One of White's strengths is it's ability to wipe the board. All Is Dust is a board nuke that spares your Equipment. Austere Command is a Swiss Army Knife sweeper. Day of Judgment and Wrath of God are low-cost creature sweepers. Fated Retribution is an instant and can hit Planeswalkers. Terminus tucks.
Path to Exile and Swords to Plowshares are White's best creature removal spells.
Oblation is a catch-all tuck spell.
Return to Dust is a fantastic 2-for-1 artifact/enchantment removal spell.
Kor Haven deters attackers.
Mistveil Plains tucks card from your graveyard. Has great synergy with Stonehewer Giant and is tutorable with Tithe .
Rogue's Passage makes Kemba unblockable.
Maybeboard:
Mentor of the Meek : Find a spot for this card. White is the worst colour at card draw. It doesn't get gems like this very often.
