Based on the budget version of Commander Quarters (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t7g8gL0W_Bo). Then started to upgrade and personalize!

Main strategy:

• Ramp & protect the King!
• W: Use life gain against your enemies. Cards like Tainted Remedy and Sanguine Bond can turn life into pain.
• U: Draw cards! Not a great rate, but can be used in a pinch or getting a good rate with Heartstone or Biomancer's Familiar (about that guy: He's MVP - tutor him up and get him in play if you can). A wincon with Triskaidekaphile
• B: Resurrect your ETB creatures on instant speed like Acidic Slime, Plaguecrafter and Resolute Archangel (nice!), mana enablers like Nyxbloom Ancient or protective ones like Spore Frog / Selfless Spirit (also really fun to put a Gift of Immortality on).
• R: Not much synergy unless a nice haste activation of your creatures or political tool to enable/help others.
• G: Turn a nice +1/+1 counter into something more powerful with Dismiss into Dream, Willbreaker and Cowardice! Or draw cards with creatures like Fathom Mage or Benthic Biomancer (who can also get creatures in the graveyard at instant speed).

All abilities can also be used to make deals with your opponents! Give them haste to have them swing to another, safe someone from death, give someone a card, have a creature survive with a counter or resurrect a handy creature.

As the deck evolved I've put in more toolbox hate cards in to stop the opponent from winning like Aven Mindcensor and Phyrexian Revoker to play better in my meta.

Infinite mana with Zirda, the Dawnwaker and Basalt Monolith.

PS. Mana base can certainly be optimized a lot better. Used what I had!
