Attempt at building a playable Primal Surge deck.

Combo lines: Our main combo is just casting a Primal Surge (the deck is 98 permanents and a Primal Surge, so you literally cannot fizzle) I would recommend to always try to search for Boseiju, Who Shelters All before attempting to cast Primal Surge. If you manage to resolve our namesake card, you win on the spot, mainly through Thassa's Oracle's ETB, reanimating it with Karmic Guide if it was countered earlier in the game or copying it with Saheeli Rai (or blinking it with Felidar Guardian) if someone is running Stiffle effects or you played it earlier on. If for some reason Oracle or Jace are no longer in the deck, there are alternative lines from a resolved Primal Surge.

As alternative lines we have Felidar Guardian + Saheeli Rai and Thassa's Oracle / Jace, Wielder of Mysteries + Leveler. We are also running the Razakats combo to assemble any of our wincons (although getting Raza into the yard is kinda difficult). Technically we are running Vizier of Remedies + Devoted Druid as a way of generating infinite mana, the idea is to make Kenrith arbitrarily big and one-shot whomever is more likely to win next turn or ramp out an early Primal Surge.

Allergic to true combos? No problem, you can swap Oracle, Jace, Saheeli, and Felidar Guardian for: Atarka, World Render, Maskwood Nexus, Shared Animosity or Coat of Arms and Odric, Lunarch Marshal. Is it guaranteed to win you the game? NO, in fact you will die to an overloaded Cyclonic Rift but you "should" have enough damage to OTK the whole table.
