Keranos Commander Deck. The deck uses various cards like Dismiss into dream, Cowardice, Strionic Resonator, and Dack Faydn (in the unlikely case that you use his ultimate) to get more out of his bolt ability. The deck also utilizes, cantrips, scrying, divining top, and scroll rack to maximize your choice regarding Keranos' ability. Most of the time it is better to use his drawing one, but there are plenty of situations where a bolt is more useful. I have playtested the 89 land Keranos, but I found it to be too much of a glass cannon. A more competitive Keranos deck should probably utilize mass land destruction, but my playgroup has an unoffical ban on those.
