Just a blue moon concept for Keranos. UR control with lots of draw, removal, counters, and the Blood Moon/Magus of the Moon/Back to Basics/Winter Moon/Harbinger of the Seas/ and some land destruction to slow everyone else down.

Better options are more than welcome! I've made a LOT of variations of this deck over the years. It's never the best but it's never bad. Too salty for casual, too casual for cEDH. Possibly due to the commander selection and lack of momentum towards a win-con, but if I can make it stronger within the blue moon veil, let me know.
