So I've been playing this on Untap for a little bit now, and my opponents reactions speak for themselves.
I've been told it was the most annoying deck they had seen since RTR U/W control. This deck is heavy on removal with a decent counter magic package to keep your opponents from excelling past your slow pace.

The Counter package includes:
2x Negate, This is to Counter other peoples counter spells, it can also work to stop key enchantments or planeswalkers your opponent is casting.
2x Disdainful Stroke This will help protect you from midrange decks where 4cmc and upspells make up the core of the deck. (e.g) Siege Rhino,Hornet Queen, Sorin, Solemn Visitor, Whip of Erebos, etc.
4x Dissolve This is your hard counter use it wisely, use it well.

The Removal:
4x Hero's Downfall Everyone knows why this card is a 4 of in almost all decks that run black. Kills creatures, Kills walkers, and all at Instant speed for 1BB.
3x Anger of the Gods Im running this in the mainboard over Drown in Sorrow because of the extra damage and the exile. This can deal with some cards that Drown can't like Mantis Rider, Brutal Hordechief, Sylvan Caryatid, Fleecemane Lion Etc.
4x Crux of Fate This and End Hostilities are to standard as Damnation and Wrath of God are to EDH/Modern/Etc. Really good board wipe with a decent cost. This stabilizes the board a turn to two after your mid-range opponent is starting to get out of control.

Disruption package:
3x Thoughtseize We all know this is ideal on turn one or two, but it can still be effective in some cases in the later game.
3x Despise This card is my mini thoughtseize. I find it is relevant in both aggro match-ups by keeping some pressure off, and mid-range/control match ups if not only for the information. Not only does it provide information it grabs troublesome Planeswalkers, as well as key creatures or mana dorks.

~And Finally~

The Win-Cons:
2x Ugin, the Spirit Dragon This guy is a bomb on turn 8 or on Turn 10 if you want to protect him with a Negate. He ideally comes out as soon as possible to either start Ghost Fireing your opponent every turn or exile their board. The ultimate isn't really even needed for this deck as it only runs 4 permanents.
2x Keranos, God of Storms This guy is the reason I made this deck. Ever since Journey pre-release where I pulled one I've been waiting for his time to shine. When he resolves he is providing advantage on each of my turns while also being hard to remove with conventional kill spells. Also he looks Grixis as Fux. I'm currently debating if He will become a 3 of to increase the chances of him being cast on turn 5.

Current Test cards:
1x Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver I really like this card, It comes out quick and starts disrupting my opponents draws. Ashiok is good in both mid-range/control match-ups as well as aggro match-ups because of the disruption as well as potential increase in board presence in the form of stolen creatures. If I find this card making a difference in the games I see it, I may consider lowering my Crux of Fate to add more.

I'm Looking for feedback and suggestions, all comments are appreciated. Thanks for stopping by and +1 if you like it :D
