Thanks fifthdawn! It takes people by surprise. Stealing and copying people's stuff really messes with their game plans. The political chaos it causes can be a lot of fun.
dishmond, I've thought about clone. It's a solid card. I just wonder if it may be too vanilla of a copier.

Just because it is vanilla doesn't mean it's bad. Also Phantasmal Image could be good.

Clone is ideal in EDH because it's effect does not target so it gets around hexproof and shroud. (and we all know how popular that mechanic is in EDH... cough Swiftfoot Boots cough

I've always been a fan of AEtherspouts over AEtherize, personally.
Shivan Reef, Wandering Fumarole, Steam Vents, Desolate Lighthouse, etc.

Thanks, zandl. I've added AEtherspouts and some of the lands you mentioned.

Personally, I think you've got more steal effects in here than you need. I would cut some of the higher cost ones (Volition Reins and Confiscate) in exchange for Reverberate and Twincast. These cards can double as counterspells when something of yours is being countered, but they also hit other great staple targets like Cyclonic Rift, Boundless Realms, Decree of Pain, etc...

NoSoyYucateco, thanks for the suggestion. I like the flexibility of Volition Reins and Confiscate in being able to steal any pesky permanent. I totally agree with you that Reverberate deserves a spot. I cut Supplant Form which was quite costly to cast for it. Thanks!

Great to see an Izzet deck that isn't the same old infinite turns! I really like this, along with the idea of using Keranos' burn to finish people. Have you considered Dream Halls?

gonki, thanks for your feedback. Yeah, I purposely stayed away from any infinite combos. I took apart my Mizzix of the Izmagnus deck because of that. It was powerful but so boring to play. Infinite stuff makes me feel like I'm playing solitaire. This deck is incredibly interactive with deciding was stuff to steal or copy. It can lead to very interesting alliances and chaotic board states. It's a blast to play and wins surprisingly often because it isn't perceived as a huge threat.
Dream Halls is an interesting suggestion but I'd be scared about it in my meta. My playgroup uses a lot of counterspells. Dream Halls would essentially turn them all into Force of Will

With so much card draw, maybe add in Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind to exploit that a bit more.

Yeah, it's true the value of Dream Halls is heavily dependent on the meta. Sweet deck either way. :)

I built something similar using Yasova Dragonclaw as my commander. Check it out here.

I love thieving decks! Theft is a strong subtheme in my The Braided Siren's Song deck. I kind of want to put together a Merieke Ri Berit deck all about theft but my friends hate that shit. Izzet is a great way to do it though because the majority of theft cards that aren't blue are red.

Optimator , I agree with you that blue and red are the best copy and steal colours. Merieke feels like she's in the wrong colours. What does white have to do with stealing? Keranos is a solid izzet commander even though he has nothing to do with stealing.

What about Sundial of the Infinite perhaps? Lets you permanently hang onto whatever you steal

Nice deck +1. Could you review and upvote my St Traft Azorius Duel? Thanks

casey, unfortunately I don't believe Sundial of the Infinite works that way. It's confusing but I believe that "until end of turn" effects still happen. If not, the best it would do is let me hang on to something until my first opponent's end step (and not indefinitely). I appreciate you taking the time to make a suggestion :)

Pretty sure it works with cards like Zealous Conscripts. At the end step, it triggers to send back, you end the turn in response to that trigger while it's on the stack, and it never resolves.

Have you ever considered putting in Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir and Boseiju, Who Shelters All to avoid your spells to be countered?

Hipparchos, thanks for the suggestions. Those would be great additions. They're a little $$$ pricey for what they do though. If I ever pick up copies, they will certainly go in.
ThePavlova, I've thought about Memnarch. I even considered him for my commander (I decided I wanted to have red in the deck though). Yeah, his ability is very mana-intensive though and this isn't a super rampy deck. Thanks for the suggestion :)
