This is a Kess deck, it is in development, and is designed to be a competitive deck. The premise is to attain a wheel whilst drawing cards with cantrips, then eventually utilizing the spell count for playing one of many storm based cards. It will be heavily invested in artifact ramp to try and circularly draw wheels and cantrips. By doing so this should allow the deck to tutor into win conditions like Aetherflux Resivour. Alternate win conditions will include tendrils of agony, and grapeshot.
