A Kess Pact/Consultation Deck. This used to be a casual/mid-tier storm deck. Now it is dedicated combo.

"I win the game" combos:

1. Demonic Consultation -

A. Cast Demonic Consultation naming Thassa's Oracle, use Kess, Dissident Mage to recast it from the graveyard naming Black Lotus, then play Thassa's Oracle and win.

B. Play Jace, Wielder of Mysteries, next cast Demonic Consultation naming Black Lotus, then uptick Jace, Wielder of Mysteries to win.

C. Play Thassa's Oracle and with it’s trigger on the stack, cast Demonic Consultation naming Black Lotus to win the game.

1. Tainted Pact

A. Cast Tainted Pact then cast Thassa's Oracle, preferably with free counterspell protection, to win.
