lock out your opponents with card draw and counter spells, the gameplan is grinding out and keeping up counter spells for big plays or combo pieces until you get that thirteen card win with the 13 lover Triskaidekaphile. Sphinx's Revelation will help get exactly 13 cards at your op's endstep. Arcanis the Omnipotent will net you at least 1 counterspell card in your hand every turn and expedite getting extra cards and is the 2nd vital piece of the puzzle. Teferi, Hero of Dominaria is what's stopping the deck from being 20 bucks but he is undoubtably the most powerful cards in the deck. He puts the nail in the coffin when it comes to keeping lategame under control so you can close out the game. Teferi, Hero of Dominaria is perfect for situations when you have 5 mana and you want to play Arcanis the Omnipotent but you need to keep up countermagic. if you can get Arcanis the Omnipotent out you win pretty much from there. the amount of lands seem low but its technically more because of Jwari Disruption   and Sink into Stupor   (which can also be replaced for islands to reduce the cost)
