Pretty easy to run deck. Basically you use counter spells to shut down your opponents moves, then use cards like Path to Exile and Burn Spells to control the field and Tectonic Edge to take out man-lands or at least cripple their mana pool. Stall until you can drop Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Restoration Angel for the infinite combo or beat them down. Plus Wall of Omens and Snapcaster Mage can be re-activated by Restoration Angel and Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker giving you plenty of options and answers. Splashed Tarmogoyf to give early aggro that can become a real threat later on. Fun to run and it has been performing amazing in real life play testing.

When sideboarding;

Add in a Spellskite against storm, scapeshift, decks that require targeting their creatures or just to protect your creatures from removal

Add Leyline of Sanctity in for decks that require them to target you like Burn or 8-rack

Add in Linvala, Keeper of Silence against pesky creatures like Spellskite , Arcbound Ravager , and Steel Overseer .

Add in Wrath of God against Aggro decks or creature based combo decks

Add Pithing Needle in against Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker , Splinter Twin , Planeswalkers and any annoying activated ability (make sure you declare the creatures name not Twin when going against Twin)

Add Blood Moon in against 2+ color decks that are running mostly or all non-basic lands.
