Kiki-Jiki the Blue Moon breaker

I've always loved the idea of control decks, but I don't enjoy their lack of flair that you see in a turn 2 hollow one/ turn 2 full board in dredge/ or a burn deck winning on turn 3. Then I found the most recent iteration of blue moon, who both control the game like any other control deck and wins the game explosively by, in my case, making infinite 2/1 flyers to beat face.

The main win cons are: Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Pestermite for infinite 2/1 flyers or Deceiver Exarch + Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker for infinte 1/4 bodies that can tap down all your opponents permanents.

Sideboard Primer

Pia and Kiran Nalaar - I use this power couple as an alternate win con should my opponent run a lot of creature destruction or disruption in general. Essentially, if I feel I won't be able to combo off with Kiki, I'll remove one Kiki and one of something else for P&K. They are much less susceptible to single target removal and have good synergy with Wurmcoil Engine and Torrential Gearhulk, allowing me to draw cards off them should they be targeted with removal. I can also be brought in against hyper aggressive decks to act as blockers and buy me time.

Keranos, God of Storms - Acting as a foil to the above P&K, this is boarded in against slower grindy decks, acting as a solid win condition versus control specifically.

Anger of the Gods - This is mostly for the dredge match up, in order to wipe their board permanently. But I will board it in against any deck that loves having wide boards with creature of toughness < 3 such as elves, knightfall, merfolk, or humans.

Relic of Progenitus - This grave-hate staple is also for dredge, or any deck that loves the graveyard, including storm and hollow one.

Ceremonious Rejection - Mostly included for tron match ups, this will counter 90% of their big dudes and completely mess up their game plan. I also like to board this in against any decks with problematic artifacts such as affinity or any deck running Aether Vial.

By Force - My choice for artifact hate. I prefer this over Abrade since, while it doesn't have the flexibility it a bolt option, I find that as my artifact hate card, it hits a larger variety of decks who care about artifacts, such as affinity.

Dispel - I like dispel because it can be useful for two reasons. First of all, it is a great early counter spell to try and slow down super aggressive decks like burn. Secondly, I can hold up x1 U when we combo off, just in case my opponent try to use instant speed destruction or a counter spell of their own.

Entrancing Melody - I find U/R to have one major weakness. It lacks any good big creature removal. Fortunately, should we have this in hand and our opponent slams down a Tarmogoyf or something of that nature. It only costs us 4 mana to make it ours.

Vedalken Shackles - Acting the same way as Entrancing Melody, this is cheaper to cast and take control of the most dangerous bombs. But is reliant on how many island you can control. It can also be untapped to take control of a bigger threat. It is however, week to artifact removal.

Ratchet Bomb - This is my budget replacement to engineered explosives. It is a touch slower, but will still be able to destroy my opponents 2 CMC bombs that this deck has trouble dealing with.

Izzet Staticaster - This is my flex slot. It is great against token decks and even puts in work against all the go wide decks that are going around right now, since a lot of them have only 1 toughness.

Other cards being considered

Grim Lavamancer - A different alternate win con I think if solid against aggro decks. I personally don't think it's all the great. The alternate win conditions in this deck should be to compensate for the inherent weakness to single target creature removal that comes from playing a creature combo deck. Unfortunately, not only does Lavamancer fold to single target creature removal as well, but it also dies nearly immediately to one of the you want to play it against, which is burn. If i were to add this card though, I would most likely remove Izzet Staticaster from the sideboard to make the space.

Harvest Pyre or Roast - These are anti big fat dude tech, which I think i could use in the mainboard. Unsure what I would take out to make space though. Maybe Wurmcoil Engine?
