why not trophy mage over deadeye?

I created this deck with trophy mage. After a couple of matches, i realized that i wanted batterskull, agaist some burns decks. That's why i have the deadeye instead of trophy. Plus i usually sacrifice something at 2 CMC with eldritch evolution to tutor deadeye cause i want nobles and birds alive to help me cast and equip the swords in a turn. That deck is very grindy for mana. After a couple of games with my brother (he played a lot of tier 1 and 2 decks to test it out) he realized that he had to kill birds, nobles and wall of roots to avoid a fast tutor sword and equip, combo.

Trophy mage is good too if u dont play butterskull or any other equipment that does not costs 3. Plus u can tutor other artifacts with 3 CMC like ensnaring bridge.

As a Kiki Chord player, I love this deck, great idea!

I've been trying to find a way to fit Keranos, God of Storms into my build for far too long, seeing it in here makes me want to even more for the Jund matchup (which is likely to be more common than before with Bloodbraid Elf being unbanned).

How do you think the matchup is likely to be against Jace control, as most think that midrange decks are going to be significantly worse with the new additions to the format?

Yeah... it's worse.

I played yesterday 2 matches in untap. One against eldrazi stompy with a player that i dont think that was very good and i won him 2-0. Then i played with a U/B Control with Bitterblossom and Jace, the Mind Sculptor i lost 2-0 two times from Jace, the Mind Sculptor but it was the first time that i played against it. He won me with +1 Jace, the Mind Sculptor ability and also he was countering all the time my spells. I think that i must put one more Voice of Resurgence and bring out a Wall of Roots. I dont know if i can fix it, but maybe must play a Phyrexian Revoker sideboard.

Yeah, i've been thinking I'll need to sideboard a copy of Phyrexian Revoker to deal with Jace if he proves to be too big of a problem
