So basically this deck isnt suppose to be the typical agro. It utilizes all the big creatures for black and red (kinda) and makes sure with read the bones, and underworld connections that you draw into them, use them, if they get killed then the whip brings them back. Also with hammer on the field those big creatures come in and they hit immediately. As well as cutting back on any land after 5 for making a 3/3 should it be needed.

The removal like heros downfall, doom blade, and lightning strike are pretty self explanatory.

So big creatures, make sure they hit, bring them back, make sure you draw them.

side note: The rakdos cackler is just to put some power on the board early game. they can be sided out for shock (if against agro) slaughter games (if for conrol) or skullcrack (if more control)
